"The Pizza Kitchen has the BEST Muffuletta--the only place you can get one that is more authentic is from the place of origin, Central Grocery Store in New Orleans!"

Just wanted to send you a quick note to give you a BIG thumbs up on dinner tonight. Not sure if I told you but our board is in town for the spring meeting and as we are a non-profit association, our board is a completely volunteer board made up of higher education HR professionals from all over the country. Tonight was a "working" dinner and to lighten the mood, pizza and beer were on the agenda.

They LOVED the pizza, the LOVED the salad, and the LOVED the cowboy cookies. Seriously, compliments all around. Also, the BLT was the crowd favorite. Growlers were a big hit as well - appreciate you helping me with that.

Seriously guys, well done - I'm always proud of the PK but was especially proud tonight. -RS

***Just wanted to thank you AGAIN for all of the time you have given to me in my never-ending questioning regarding your menu and gluten considerations. We WANT your business to survive and THRIVE!  You are exceptional, and you deserve to be successful.  Each time our truck or car wheels turn your way, it will be a GOOD day.  Thanks, many times over!  (David & Kaye)

*** Many restaurants are now "jumping on the bandwagon" to offer gluten free menu items.  However, many of those restaurants are not making sure for the customer that the menu offerings are totally gluten free, for example - grilled meats prepared on common grill with all menu items many of which contain gluten.  Pizza Kitchen owner is totally dedicated to his mission to honor 'gluten FREE' for the customer . . down to dedicated pizza pans used only for the baking process of the gluten free pizza.  Not only this, but the dedication to continue to refine his quest for the Celiac customer's dietary requirements through  a pleasing product  is exceptional in the Knoxville area.  Necessarily, I prepare most of my food at home, but knowing about The Pizza Kitchen's 'truly' gluten free menu is definitely a bright spot in the Knoxville area - something I feel I should share with other Celiac customers.  With its close proximity to Maryville/Alcoa, Lenoir City, and Oak Ridge, The Pizza Kitchen is well worth the short drive for a reliable, delicious 'dining out' option - not only for the Celiac customer but for others who are fortunate to enjoy  restaurant menu items without restrictions.  For those of you who have young children, one wall of this eatery is dedicated to projection 'family' movies - a very unique experience which I have observed is a definite 'plus'!  Thanks, Pizza Kitchen!

***I just wanted to send a quick email thanking you'all for having GLUTEN FREE pizza.

It is truly wonderful pizza and such a treat for me and my 3 kids with Celiac Disease to be able to enjoy.  My wife is wonderful cook, but she enjoys see all of us being able to enjoy the simple pleasure going out for a great pizza!

All the best,

Ken & Paige Allender, Maryville, Tennessee

***Thank you so, SO much for carrying gluten free pizza! I found out I have celiac disease in 2007, and I haven't eaten pizza since! Well, that's not totally true. I discovered ........... makes gluten free pizzas, but I only had it twice. I appreciate that he makes them, but to be honest, it was not my cup of tea.

Then, last week, a woman I go to church with gave me a cut-out ad from the Metro Pulse for The Pizza Kitchen. My husband and I went there and were very impressed! Not only do you prepare the pizza in a timely, friendly manner, but it is delicious!!! By far the best I have found in Knoxville. We live off of Middlebrook Pike in the West Hills area and drive all the way to Northshore when we have a hankerin' for pizza, even though .............. is closer.

When I found out I had Celiac disease, and could not eat pizza (among many other favorite foods), I was so bummed!! At that time, I don't believe there was any place that offered gluten free pizza. Thankfully, word is spreading and the supply is finally catching up with the demand! Having said all that, I want to thank you, truly, for accommodating many of us in Knoxville who many times feel neglected by our formerly favorite restaurants.

Like I said, your gluten free pizza is by far the best in this city, in my (and my husband's) opinion. Keep doing what you're doing, and word will spread, quickly, among this uniquely tight-nit group of people. On behalf of them and myself, once again....

THANK YOU!!!

Jill Thornton

***I moved to Knoxville over a year ago from New York City and didn't really think I'd find anything close to the pizza I could get there. The Pizza Kitchen not only delivers awesome pizza, but has an amazing beer selection on tap to boot and the home made desserts are killer!! I love that I can come here for girl's night - or with my niece and nephew for kid's night out. Great food, great atmosphere and all for a reasonable price.

Love you guys!! Thanks,
Valerie

***My wife and I enjoy our weekly visits from Lenoir City to The Pizza Kitchen on Northshore Drive. We are seniors and somewhat apprehensive of entering unfamiliar eateries, but have found The Pizza Kitchen very friendly and family oriented. Last visit was Thursday evening, 3 Birthday parties and live music(easy listening), but the 2 of us felt we received the same high quality service as did the larger parties. Appetizers, pizza and desserts very good. Servers, kitchen personnel and management very focused on proper food storing, preparation and cleanliness. Incidentally, THE RESTROOMS ARE SPOTLESS. We highly recommend The Pizza Kitchen on Northshore Drive.

We, are in no way connected to this eatery or the management, nor are we receiving monies for this testimonial.

It's important for you to know the Health Deptment rating when selecting where to eat and that your business is appreciated.

***Hello my name is Marty Lawson and I am a member of Entrepreneurs of Knoxville and have a business "assist" where I'm a personal assistant. I have met clients for meetings at Pizza Kitchen and just EOKer's after work at Pizza Kitchen for food and beverage. I love the atmosphere, the people who work there, the food (they have great seafood dishes, who knew?), and the beer (lots of different kinds). I just wished I lived closer so I could go to Pizza Kitchen more often :) Keep up the good work Travis!

***My Family loves Pizza Kitchen Pizza ! My wife and I also enjoy the fine selection of draft beers and the great specials. Our absolute favorite thing on the menu is the Tai Pie - we first tried it this past spring and we cannot get enough! Thanks Travis for recommending this pizza! Remember "Great Pizza is in the Kitchen"  the Pizza Kitchen!

***Why do I love PK?  What a strange question?!?  Why would anyone not love The Pizza Kitchen?

I love the micro-brews, the appetizers are awesome, the food is out of this world, the staff is fun, edgy, lovable, and the PIZZA, The PIZZA, THE PIZZA is incredible!  I eat at PK 3-5 times a week and always have a great experience!  It's the cool/classy/fun neighborhood pizza pub where everyone knows your name and is always glad you came...

Want to know more?  Just ask for Leo (I'm usually at the bar) and I'm more than happy to buy you a beer and tell you all about The Pizza Kitchen!

***Great food and a great atmosphere.  I make it a point to go to THE PIZZA KITCHEN when ever I am in town.  The homemade Italian Sauage is great and the Blue and Green pizza is awesome.

***The Pizza Kitchen has quickly become my fiance` and I's favorite place to grab pizza and a beer.  The atmosphere is cozy and fun.  The service is great, and the desserts are lovely!

The bread they serve right before our meal is almost worth going for alone!

We love the Pizza Kitchen and recommend it to everyone!

***My wife and I love the PK! We've been going there for years and it's always been awesome. It's a place we can go with family or just with friends for a night out. The recent beer menu expansion has been a BIG plus for us. The food rocks but when you've got a beer selection like these guys, what more could you ask for?! I highly recommend the Memphis BBQ pizza. Oh, and the Mama Mia...and the Spicy Chicken Ranch! Really, you can't make a bad choice.

Keep up the great work guys!

Rob
